Cosmetic surgery is common place. Yet not everyone wants to go under the knife. For those people, there is BOTOX, which attracted an estimated 100,000 people in 2005. It gives a more rested look and turns back time temporarily. As there is increased demand and money to be made, there are is also a rise in untrained administrators of BOTOX and unlicensed products being used. The BOTOX toxin can cause neurotransmitters to become inhibited. 23% of those who seek out this treatment have body dismorphic disorder and should be receiving counseling.
