  • Soak feet in a strong tea for 20 minutes a day till odor is no longer a problem.
  • Wipe feet with an anti-bacterial mouthwash.
  • Change socks more than once a day.
  • Check for athlete’s feet signs.
  • Make sure shoes are odor free, use inserts when needed.
  • Wear shoes made of natural material that allows “breathing”
