Gas, bloating, and vomiting is a common occurrence for some, for others an occasional occurrence. It becomes more common for everyone around the holidays with a change in diet and amount of food consumed. There’s something around the house for various stomach ailments.

  • Cinnamon-take 1 ½ teaspoons and let it sit in a cup of water and drink like tea. This will take care of a stomachache and diarrhea.
  • Ginger-use to make a tea that can ward off nausea and vomiting.
  • Ice-sucking on it may control vomiting.
  • Cider vinegar-taking two teaspoons will relieve gas.
  • Peppermint-tea or candy will help with bloating and gas.
